Welcome to the Beaufort Harbormasters
The Harbormasters Annual Show for 2016 will take place on Saturday, April 23rd, 7:00 pm, at the USCB Center for the Arts in Beaufort, SC.
We are a 501(c) (3) charitable organization that seeks to enrich our community with our talent and our treasure through singing barbershop style music.
Our chapter is an active sponsor of the music program (the Voices) at Beaufort High School, and our special charitable focus is on the work of the Alzheimer’s Foundation in Beaufort.
Use this site to learn about the history of the Harbormasters; gain knowledge of our parent organization, the Barbershop Harmony Society; and become acquainted with the barbershop style of music. We describe typical music activities we pursue and show the calendar of scheduled events. We provide a vehicle for contacting us to learn more about us, to visit rehearsal, or to request a performance.
February is a high point for all barbershoppers: the chance to surprise men and women in the area with “Singing Valentines”. Check that link for the 2016 Valentine details, and the Annual Show link for more information (and a chance to hear some barbershop singing you will find enjoyable.)

This year our Annual Show will be held on April 23 at the USCB Performing Arts Center. A Mighty Wind will be our guest quartet for the evening. Listen to A Mighty Wind’s performance of Bill Grogan’s Goat from the quartet finals at International in Kansas City.

Recently, a quartet from the Beaufort Harbormasters called Tidal Fource wandered from floor to floor, room to room, entertaining both the sick and the givers of care at Beaufort Memorial Hospital by singing a variety of songs in barbershop style.
